803 Young St. Rehabilitation Project
SMG Development, with support from MSHDA’s MI Neighborhood Grant, completed a full exterior rehabilitation of the property at 803 Young Street. The project included the installation of a new roof, energy-efficient windows, updated siding, and a new concrete driveway. These improvements enhance both the aesthetic appeal and long-term durability of the home, supporting SMG Development’s mission to revitalize neighborhoods and improve housing quality in Sault Ste. Marie.
