Located near downtown and adjacent to a medical clinic, the development will feature one- and two-bedroom apartments designed to meet USDA Rural Development and HUD standards. On-site amenities will include a community room, laundry, indoor mail delivery, and off-street parking, with coordinated supportive services provided by regional partners.
